Marsbahis Hasn’t Resolved My Face ID Issue After 10 Days and Offers No Real Support
For more than ten days now, Marsbahis has consistently struggled with Face ID authentication; no fix has been found. Though I have reached out several times, no one has responded to my emails, and the live support crew provides just copy-paste responses. They seem to be merely stalling, asking me to continue spending money without any thought toward fixing the situation. Though I'm not someone who looks for quick fixes, I do value honest effort and good communication. I am posting this experience to warn others; at this moment, I would not advise visiting this website. I would welcome it if someone from Marsbahis was ready to offer actual support; but, till then, I remain somewhat disappointed.
