When I registered on the Bets10 betting site, I provided all my personal information in full, including my name, surname, national ID number, and phone number. After completing my registration, a message appeared on the screen stating that I needed to deposit amounts like ₺500, ₺750, or ₺1,000 to start playing. Based on this, I deposited ₺1,000, believing it would activate my account.
However, when I contacted live chat support, I was told that this deposit was not enough and that I needed to deposit an additional ₺6,000 for account activation. This requirement was never mentioned during sign-up. When I stated that I would file a complaint, the support agent simply said they were following orders. As of now, my account remains inactive, and I cannot use the money I deposited.
I request a full refund of my ₺1,000 deposit and immediate resolution of this issue so I can either use my account as promised or recover my funds without further delay.
