Marks & Spencer Marked My Order Shipped but Never Sent It
On July 10, 2026, I ordered the burgundy “Suede Detail Slippers – 10000001281301” from the Marks & Spencer website. At the time of purchase, the website stated that the product would be delivered within 3–5 business days. Since I purchased the item as a birthday gift, the delivery timeline was especially important to me.
The day after placing my order, I received an email stating that “your order has been shipped.” However, since then, I have not received any information from the shipping company, and there is no actual shipment activity visible on the order page. Although the order status shows “shipped” on the website, when I click on the details, an error message appears stating “your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping company.” In other words, my order appears to have been shipped in the system, but it has not actually been delivered to the courier.
There has been no concrete progress regarding my order with the İzmir Konak delivery address for approximately 9 days. I cannot reach anyone through the available phone numbers, and I have received no response to the emails I sent. Due to both the failure to meet the promised delivery timeframe and the fact that the order appears to have been shipped when it actually has not, I feel misled and seriously inconvenienced.
Regarding my order number 3284738997511397, I request that the product be immediately handed over to the shipping company and delivered as soon as possible. Alternatively, if I choose, I request an unconditional cancellation and full refund. I also ask that my inconvenience caused by the lack of communication and inaccurate order information be addressed, and that I receive a written explanation regarding this issue.
