If your Mantal study data export failed and you lost info, first check the platform’s export history in your admin/Data Management setting to re-download any previously completed CSV exports.
Sometimes exports fail due to temporary issues, and a second attempt from the export history page can recover your data without loss.
If no prior export exists, contact Mantal support ([email protected]) immediately with your study details so they can check server logs or backups on their side; Mantal stores data securely and should help recover exports or guide you.
If the problem remains unresolved after contacting support, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
