Without My Permission, Mango Returned My Order Twice

I bought something from your online store twice, and both times the item was sent back to you without my asking. I've called your customer service three times, but all they've done is say they'll talk to the shipping company and offer no other help. The status of the product says that I sent it back, which is not true. I think that the product was returned on its own without any explanation during cargo. I haven't asked for a return in any way, and I need my item as soon as possible. I feel like the customer service at your company is out to get me. Your customer service team needs to step up and figure out how to fix this problem. I don't think it's fair that I have to pay for the shipping company's mistake, and I want your company to take action right away to fix this.
