My Mango Order Not Delivered for a Month

My order from Mango was never shipped out and the courier failed to deliver it. Even though I placed an order for it almost a month ago, the t-shirt I purchased has not yet been delivered to me. Even though the shipment status reports that it is currently en route, this has been the case for quite some time. At the moment, it says that the cancellation and refund period has ended, despite the fact that the product has not yet been delivered to me. This is incomprehensible and infuriating, especially given that there is no way to monitor the shipment's progress.
