My Mango Bag Order Is Stuck in International Transit

I ordered a bag from Mango nearly a month ago, and the tracking still shows it’s in international transit. There has been no movement or clear update since, and to make things worse, I can’t cancel the order either.
If Mango had clearly stated from the beginning that the item would be shipped from abroad, I would have made a more informed decision about whether or not to place the order. This lack of transparency is misleading.
Customers should be given the option to cancel or return such delayed international shipments—especially when there’s no communication or ETA provided. Right now, I’m left in the dark with no idea when or if my bag will ever arrive.
Mango, I’m asking for immediate action: either provide a concrete update on my order, allow me to cancel it, or process a full refund. This is not how a global brand should treat its customers.
