Mango Quality Issues and Return Problems

Hello, I purchased a product from the Mango. The product looks worn out and has stains on it. I want to send it back, but there's no form or receipt for returns in the package. The customer support team mentioned that these forms need to be included in the return package. But they don't actually put these documents in the mail package themselves and say there's no issue with that. I've been told that I should print these documents from the internet. I think I shouldn't have to go after these papers. It feels like they purposely make it harder to return defective items by not providing any paperwork. They purposely made things hard for people. If I had the time to deal with these issues, I wouldn't buy things online.
