Makromusic Profile Fails: My Paid Membership Isn't Working

I'm incredibly frustrated with Makromusic right now! My profile access is constantly failing, and it's making the app completely unusable. Every time I try to like someone, the app glitches and sends me back, displaying a "profile unreachable" error. This has been happening repeatedly, and it's absolutely infuriating, especially since I have a paid membership that I can't even fully utilize.

My username is "Ercan. CERN," and I desperately need help resolving this issue. If this problem isn't fixed soon, I'll have no choice but to delete the app entirely, which means my paid membership will be completely wasted. This is unacceptable for a service I'm paying for. Makromusic, you need to fix these persistent profile access issues immediately so I can actually use my membership. Please help me before I'm forced to delete my account!

This problem can also occur if the internet connection is unstable; you can try switching the network you are connected to and try again to resolve the issue.
