MadMuscles Renewed Subscription Without Warning

I purchased a MadMuscles membership in March, and at the end of the subscription period, a charge of $69 was made to my card without any notification that the membership would be renewed. My card was in my possession, and this transaction does not belong to me.

I reported this situation to my bank and had my card canceled. I want to clearly state once again that this charge—made without any notification, warning, or SMS confirmation—was not authorized by me. I am requesting a refund of the $69 that was charged without my consent.
