MadMuscles Charged My Card After Cancellation and Ignored Refund Request

I subscribed to MadMuscles for fitness purposes, but an unexpectedly high amount was charged to my card. I canceled the subscription, yet another charge was taken again. I submitted a refund request, but no refund was issued. This situation occurred several months ago.

I then deleted the app, but despite that, I have started receiving notifications again, including warnings stating that a charge attempt failed due to insufficient funds on my card. This has caused serious concern, as I believed the subscription had already been canceled.
