MadMuscles Charged $49.99 Without Consent via Apple Pay
I live in the United Arab Emirates and use the MadMuscles Monthly Training Plan. On November 5, a charge of $49.99 was taken via Apple Pay for a personal trainer service, without my permission and without any intention on my part to purchase this service.
After noticing this charge, I contacted MadMuscles and requested a refund. They canceled the personal trainer plan, but did not refund the $49.99 to me. Instead of issuing a refund, they offered me a different plan of equal value. Even though I clearly stated that I do not want an alternative service and that this charge was taken without my authorization, the refund was still not processed.
I request that the $49.99 charged for the personal trainer service be refunded to me as soon as possible, and that no further charges be made without my consent in the future.
