Poor Service at Marmara Park Lunchbox Ruined My Dining Experience

On Wednesday, December 25, I visited Marmara Park Lunchbox but left without placing an order due to the unacceptable attitude of the staff. When we asked for a menu, it was brought to us very late. After deciding on our order, we called for a waiter multiple times, but they completely ignored us.

When we finally managed to get someone’s attention, they didn’t even bother coming to our table. The lack of basic service and dismissive behavior was extremely frustrating. This is not the level of customer service I expect from a restaurant.

I am deeply disappointed and urge Lunchbox to address their staff's behavior to provide a better experience for future customers.
