I Paid Too Much for Shrimp Pasta with Just 5 Tiny Shrimp at Lunchbox Marmara Park



I recently ordered a shrimp pasta at the Lunchbox branch in Marmara Park, and I was extremely disappointed by what I received. For the high price I paid, I expected a decent serving of shrimp—not a bowl of overcooked pasta with only 4 or 5 tiny shrimp hidden in it. The portion was shockingly small and absolutely not worth the money.
When I politely asked to have the dish replaced, the staff told me they spoke with the manager and couldn’t do anything about it. I’ve never had this kind of experience at any other restaurant. Usually, if something is wrong, businesses try to make it right. But not here.
What’s worse is the cold attitude I was met with. I left feeling ignored and completely unsatisfied. I basically paid premium price for a basic, poorly prepared pasta that had almost nothing to do with shrimp. Lunchbox needs to reevaluate both their pricing and customer service approach. I want others to be warned before wasting their ₺ here.
