I had a terrible experience at Lunch Box Marmara Park due to the rude and unprofessional staff. A friend and I arrived to eat, and two more friends were coming shortly after. As we tried to sit at a table, the staff claimed it was reserved. When we explained we were going to eat, they told us, "We’ll move you here when your other friends arrive."
I asked how that made sense—if the table was already reserved, how could they seat us there later? They had no logical response and just kept talking down to us, saying, "Don’t you understand what ‘reserved’ means?" Their tone was dismissive and rude, as if we were the employees and they were the customers.
Clearly, the reservation was not real, because when more people showed up, they magically found a way to seat them. This is not a one-time issue—I’ve heard from others that this happens regularly. I left without eating and will never come back.
Lunch Box, if you keep treating customers this way, you will lose even more business. Fix your attitude and seating policy!
