Lunchbox Restaurant Staff Ignored My Order for 15 Minutes

I visited Lunchbox Restaurant with a friend, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. We waited for 15 minutes just to place an order. Despite raising my hand multiple times, the staff deliberately ignored us, turning their heads away. When I finally said, "I’d like to order," one of them responded with "one minute" and passed me off to another colleague. Even then, they continued tending to other tables while disregarding ours for another 5 minutes. This level of indifference and disrespect is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect courteous and prompt service. Lunchbox needs to address this issue and train their staff on proper customer service etiquette. This behavior should not be tolerated.
