Lufian Rejects My Sweatshirt Return
I bought a sweatshirt from your Kayseri Forum Lufian store about 3 or 4 days ago. When my daughters surprised me by purchasing the same item, I was forced to return one. This is when I realized how awful and ineffective your Lufian store chain can be. The store manager I encountered was the most rude I'd ever encountered. They claimed I couldn't return the product and that they couldn't help me. When I called your customer service, they assured me that I could return it within 15 days with the receipt. When I returned to the store with the digital receipt, they refused to accept it, stating, "We can't accept this; write to whoever you want." After some difficulty, I was able to locate the physical receipt and return it. My question is, why don't you accept digital receipts when the government's finance department does? Do your store managers receive customer service training, or are you only polite when making a sale?
