Lufian Refused to Give Missing Insole for Womens Sneakers - Treated Me Rudely

We bought a pair of women's sports shoes from Lufian. The shoes are sold with insoles inside, but one of the insoles was missing from the pair we received. We later went back to the store to report the issue. The male sales associate told a female colleague to help us if they had the same shoe size in stock. The staff member went to check and then informed another employee named A**, who was at the register. Even though the product was available, A** refused to give it to us, saying he could only sell it. He treated us as if we were trying to take just one shoe intentionally and spoke to us rudely, saying, "Complain wherever you want, do whatever you like." This led to a verbal altercation between him and my spouse in front of other customers, and I had to remove my spouse from the store to prevent the argument from escalating. After consulting our lawyer, we have decided to file a complaint against the company and the employee named A**, as we were treated like people trying to take products without paying. We also submitted a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Until now, my spouse has regularly shopped at Lufian and was a loyal customer. The value we get for the money we pay is disappointing—at the very least, store staff should be courteous. Unfortunately, the behavior of the employees is tarnishing the brand’s reputation.
