I purchased the '6 Precious Flower Oils' shampoo directly from the Elseve online platform. Before making the purchase, I wanted to ensure that the product has these features and that exactly this product is sent. The company's response was: 'Hello dear member, we work with a barcode system. The ordered product is packaged by scanning the barcode. The product you ordered will be delivered. No changes can be made to the content. Thank you.'

After this response, I waited a long time for the product. However, when it was delivered, it was the 'Amla Oil' shampoo. If I wanted this product, I wouldn't have placed the order. When I called the company's headquarters, they told me that they don't deal with such matters and I should try it in writing through the platform. In short, I couldn't find anyone to address the issue.

When I wrote through the platform, I received the response: 'Hello dear member, the product has undergone a change in design and name. The necessary departments have been informed about the update of visuals. Thank you.' So, the company has confirmed that the advertised product is no longer available and that they provide misleading information. It is strange that a company has no communication channels for customers and resorts to such methods. Hopefully, they will respond promptly upon reading this message. I think one should question the quality of products from a company that behaves like this.
