I purchased the L'Oréal Mocha Brown hair dye, and after mixing the product as instructed, I was shocked to see that the mixture turned green instead of the expected brown tone. Hoping it was a one-off issue, I bought the same color again from a different store — but the exact same thing happened the second time as well.
This is a shade I’ve used before without any problems, so I have no idea why the formula is now producing such a bizarre and unusable result. The outcome on my hair was awful — far from the rich mocha brown promised on the box.
I’ve never experienced this kind of problem with other L'Oréal shades, so I’m convinced there’s something wrong with the recent batches of this color. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend time and money on a trusted product, only to have it ruin my hair color entirely.
I expect L’Oréal to investigate this defect, issue a refund, and ensure this faulty shade is corrected before others face the same result. Customers deserve consistency and quality, especially when applying a product as sensitive as hair dye.
