Hello, I recently purchased L'Oréal Paris Excellence hair dye in shade 7.3. As I began preparing the mixture, I noticed the color turning green in the tube. At first, I didn’t think much of it and continued applying it to my hair. However, as the dye sat on my hair, the green shade became even more intense. I panicked and immediately rinsed it out, fearing further damage.
This seems like a defective or expired product. I paid a significant amount for what I believed was a trusted brand, only to be left worried about the health and condition of my hair. I’m now genuinely concerned that my hair might fall out or suffer lasting damage due to this faulty formula.
This situation is unacceptable. I demand an urgent response and resolution from L'Oréal—both financially and emotionally, this has caused me great stress. I expect compensation and assurance that this product is properly investigated. No one should have to experience this kind of fear and damage from a brand they trust.
