I bought the L'Oréal Paris Infallible 32H Fresh Wear Foundation on November 25, 2023 because Eve Store suggested it. (I've included the receipt) When I tried to use it today, it was wrapped really tight with insulation tape, making it hard to take off. So, we couldn't open the lid. It looked like it was totally closed. Even my partner had a hard time opening it. When we finally got it open, parts were broken off around the edge of the lid. We discovered that it got dented and glued because the seal was really strong. Some broken pieces also came out from the edge. It's not usable in this condition. So, I need help fixing the damage and getting a refund or exchanging the foundation that I can't use. If my problem isn't fixed, I can take legal action. Thank you.
