Amazon Order Delay - L'Oréal Paris Products Not Delivered

On May 22, I placed an order through Amazon. It was marked as shipped on May 24. However, when I called MNG Cargo, they informed me that my order had not been delivered. I reached out to the seller, L'Oréal Paris, through Amazon, but I received no response. I called, but no one answered the phone. I am still waiting.
I do not want a refund; I trusted that I would receive the products I ordered, which I need. I want my issue resolved as soon as possible.
This experience has been very frustrating, and I expect better communication and support from both Amazon and the seller regarding my order. Thank you!
