I placed an order with L’Oréal on November 5, 2024, under order number #9591608955. The package arrived on November 10, 2024, but my Nyx Mini HD Finishing Powder was missing. I contacted Trendyol live support and requested the missing product be sent. Both Trendyol and L’Oréal assured me the shipping records would be reviewed, and I would be updated.
Today, I was informed that the necessary investigations concluded the product was shipped correctly. However, the missing item never reached me. When I asked to see the shipping footage as proof, they cited data protection laws (KVKK) and refused to share it.
I paid for this product, and yet L’Oréal has failed to deliver it, leaving me unfairly treated. I recorded a video while opening the package, which clearly shows the missing product, and I am willing to share this evidence. I demand transparency in their review process, access to relevant records, and immediate resolution of my complaint by sending the product or refunding my payment.
