L'Oreal Sent Empty Package and Denied My Refund

On the 7th, I received my order from L'Oreal Paris, but the concealer I purchased was missing – the package was empty. I immediately contacted L'Oreal, shared photos, and reported the missing item. Despite my efforts, my complaint was rejected twice, with a response claiming they reviewed the footage and confirmed the item was sent.

It’s baffling how they reached this conclusion so quickly. Since then, I’ve been waiting for a reasonable response, only to be told, “Seek help elsewhere.” This dismissive attitude is unacceptable for such a reputable brand. L'Oreal, please address this issue, provide an appropriate solution, and treat customer concerns with respect.
