I purchased a specific amount of diamonds from the Diamond Shop in Lords Mobile to earn rewards, but my 300 Horror Chest reward never arrived. This isn’t the first time; I’ve missed out on other coupons in the past, and customer support claimed they couldn’t see the issue in their system and just brushed it off.

This time, I want my reward. I’ve already reached out in-app, but it takes them a week to respond, so I’m writing here to get some attention. The Diamond Shop has been nothing but trouble, and my reward still hasn’t shown up in the chest section. I’ve attached a screenshot as proof and expect prompt action.
