I purchased a specific amount of diamonds from the Diamond Shop in Lords Mobile to earn rewards, but my 300 Horror Chest reward never arrived. This isn’t the first time; I’ve missed out on other coupons in the past, and customer support claimed they couldn’t see the issue in their system and just brushed it off.

This time, I want my reward. I’ve already reached out in-app, but it takes them a week to respond, so I’m writing here to get some attention.
