If you joined a Lords Mobile event but didn’t receive your rewards, try the following:
Check event conditions and timing. Make sure you completed all requirements before the event ended. Some rewards are sent only after results are finalized.
Restart the game. Close and reopen the app to refresh synchronization. Rewards sometimes appear after relogging.
Check your in-game Mailbox. Event prizes are often sent via in-game mail and must be claimed manually.
Contact IGG support. Submit a ticket through in-game support or the IGG website. Include the event name, date, confirmation that you met the requirements, your IGG ID, and server number.
Attach proof. Provide screenshots of your progress or completion if available to speed up the review.
If support doesn’t respond or the issue isn’t resolved, you can post your complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about missing event rewards.
