Coin Master Bonus Reward Not Credited Despite Showing in Treasure Chest on Android

On my Android phone, in the game Coin Master, since last night the treasure chest has been showing “Bonus,” but I have not received any reward. Even now it still displays Bonus, but it does not show what it is. I sent multiple messages through the support section and received replies, but my reward has still not been credited to my account. My user ID is 496eb480-6e60-47ae-ad52-84c96148eeab, and my username is S****. I have never experienced such a problem before. If the Bonus sign did not appear, I would have no expectations, but since it is there and the content is not visible, I expect it to be credited. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the Bonus reward I am entitled to be added to my account.
