L’Occitane SPF 50 Sunscreen Pilling and Flaking After Application
On August 30, 2026, I purchased Reine DES Prés Bouclier SPF 50 sunscreen from the L’Occitane store at Espark in Eskişehir. As soon as I apply the product to my face, it starts pilling and flaking off like eraser residue. I cannot get it to absorb into my skin or spread evenly. As a result, I am completely unable to use the product for its intended purpose.
Since purchasing it, I have tried applying the product in several different ways, but I have encountered the same problem every time. Although I have not experienced any skin sensitivity or burning, the product has a serious performance issue, making it completely ineffective for me.
I request that the product be inspected and accepted for return, or that an appropriate solution be offered to resolve this issue, such as a refund or an exchange at the store.
