I Spent $296 on L'Occitane and They Sent My Order to the Wrong Address
I placed two separate product orders on the L'Occitane website and completed the payment via EFT on July 29, 2026, totaling $296. However, I received no notification confirming that my order was received or providing any information regarding the delivery process.
Becoming suspicious of this silence, I called customer service. They informed me that there was a system error and my payment was not visible, but assured me that my order would be shipped within the day. Subsequently, a package was indeed dispatched, but only one order was sent, while the other order did not appear in their system at all. Furthermore, a day later, the delivery driver called to state they were in Arnavutköy—despite my registered address being in Beşiktaş, which I specifically emphasized. The driver mentioned being an independent courier contractor, noted they would inform the cargo department, and claimed the courier service would contact me back, delaying the process even further.
Experiencing this many disruptions across payment, order tracking, and delivery highlights severe operational deficiencies within the brand. Although my order numbers are #87973 and #87972, I have still not received my products. This was my first time eagerly and thoughtfully curating a bulk order with them, but due to these experiences, I do not intend to shop from this brand again.
I demand the immediate, complete, and trouble-free delivery of all products I paid for to my correct address, or an urgent refund for any missing or lost items.
