In February 2024, I purchased the Divine Eye Balm, Divine Serum Extract, oil-based cleansing gel, and Shea Butter moisturizer, spending approximately ₺9,000. Unfortunately, these products have severely damaged my skin, especially around my eyes. My eye area became dry, red, and developed bumps shortly after use. The issue seems to subside briefly but then flares up again.
Initially, I used your oil-based cleansing gel alongside another brand's cleanser, which, according to your store, may have caused an interaction. Following this advice, I purchased the Divine cleansing cream, but the symptoms persisted. It has been over a month, and despite eliminating and testing each product, I cannot identify the cause. It might be a common ingredient in the Divine series triggering an allergic reaction.
I exclusively used your products around my eyes and refrained from using any other brand. Additionally, I never received the promised skin analysis report via email. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing, and I can no longer recommend your brand. I expect immediate assistance in identifying the issue and resolving this matter. Attached are the receipts for the products I purchased.
