Unauthorized Charge from LocationTool Kowloon City

On September 24, a charge of ₺2,049 was made from my Enpara account under the name Locationtool / Kowloon City. This transaction took place entirely without my knowledge, and I have no membership, registration, or agreement with the related company. At the time of the charge, I only received an SMS from my bank and did not receive any other notification or invoice. I contacted my bank and initiated the necessary dispute procedures, but since I could not find any contact information for Locationtool or Kowloon City, I was unable to reach them directly. I request a refund for this suspicious transaction and the cancellation of any membership or service that may have been opened in my name.
