I Face Unauthorized LocationTool Subscription and ₺949 Charge Without My Consent

I am very disappointed with LocationTool because a subscription was created and charged to my credit card without my knowledge or approval. I never saved my card details for future payments, yet after making a single ₺49 transaction, the system automatically created a subscription. Shortly after, a much larger charge of ₺949 was withdrawn from my account under the name of a membership I never signed up for.

This is a serious violation of consumer trust. I did not authorize any recurring payments, nor did I agree to a membership plan. I only intended to make a one-time payment, but LocationTool processed these charges as if I had subscribed.

To make matters worse, I could not find any clear way to contact customer service. There is no accessible phone number, email, or live support channel to resolve this issue. I am left in a situation where my money was taken without consent, and I have no way to reach the company directly.

I demand that LocationTool immediately cancel this unauthorized subscription, stop further charges from being applied to my card, and refund the full amount of ₺949 without delay. I expect a prompt response and a fair resolution to restore my trust.
