I Face Unauthorized Charges from Geofind-TR After Paying Only ₺20 for a Service

While I was abroad, I needed a quick solution to locate a number, so I used the Geofind-TR platform and paid a one-time fee of ₺20 for the service. At first, the transaction went through as expected, but just one day later, I was shocked to find that ₺449 had been withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or consent.
I never signed up for any subscription, recurring plan, or additional service. This unauthorized withdrawal is both unfair and unacceptable. I entrusted my card details to the platform for a single transaction, and now I feel misled and exploited. I want to make it clear that I am not responsible for any further transactions made with my card details.
I demand the immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺449 charge and the complete removal of my personal and payment information from Geofind-TR’s system. I also urge the company to stop misleading customers and to provide full transparency in its billing practices. If my request is ignored, I will escalate the matter through my bank and relevant consumer protection authorities.
