Unauthorized Membership Fees for Months — Seeking Refund From location-tool.com

I discovered that for the past eight months, the website https://location-tool.com/tr/
has been charging my credit card 949 TL every month, totaling 7,592 TL, even though I never started a subscription nor gave any authorization for it. This subscription was created entirely without my knowledge or consent.

I contacted the website about the issue, but I did not receive any response. I also filed a transaction dispute with my bank. There is no clear description or explanation for these charges on my credit card statement.

I request that this unauthorized subscription be completely canceled and that the full amount deducted from my card be refunded. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible, as all these transactions were carried out without my approval.
