I Face Unauthorized ₺1897 Charge from Geofind and Cannot Cancel Membership

I recently discovered that Geofind charged ₺1897 from my Enpara card without my knowledge or approval. I never signed up for a paid membership, yet this large amount was withdrawn suddenly, and I cannot find any option to cancel or stop the charge. What makes this situation even worse is that Geofind does not provide a working contact number, which leaves me with no direct way to resolve the issue or request assistance.

This feels like a completely unauthorized transaction. I did not receive any confirmation of a subscription, no clear billing information, and no consent request for recurring charges. Instead, I was left with an unexpected debit and no explanation.

I am urgently demanding that Geofind refund the ₺1897 taken without consent and terminate my account and membership immediately. A platform that operates without proper transparency and charges users secretly is misleading and harmful to many people. I strongly request the company to fix this situation as soon as possible and prevent further unauthorized deductions.
