LocationTool Unauthorized Debit Capitec Bank Charges

I am writing regarding unauthorized deductions and attempted deductions made by Locotool from my Capitec Bank account without my clear agreement. I previously used Locotool, but I did not consent to these ongoing debits. The first unauthorized withdrawal occurred about two months ago, and today they tried to take money again, but fortunately there were no funds in my account at that moment, so the latest attempt did not go through. These actions are causing me serious inconvenience and concern, as money has already been taken without my active approval. When I contacted my bank, Capitec, they informed me that the only way to stop further debits is to close my bank card, which shows the seriousness of the situation. I request that Locotool immediately cancel any subscription or debiting authority linked to my Capitec Bank account and provide a full refund of all unauthorized amounts taken. I also expect written confirmation that no further deductions will be made from my account in the future.
