LocationTool Subscription Keeps Charging $81 Monthly Despite Limited Use

I started a one-month subscription on the LocationTool app. Even though I only used the service once, the system continued charging my credit card high amounts every month. Since the beginning of this process in early November, my credit card has been charged approximately $81 twice.

I use a Turkcell postpaid mobile line, but when I tried to cancel the subscription through my mobile operator, the cancellation did not go through. Because the payments were being charged to my credit card, I was forced to cancel my card and also submitted a transaction dispute through my bank.

I am requesting that my LocationTool subscription be immediately and permanently canceled, and that no further charges be made to my credit card or mobile line under any circumstances. I also request that my complaint be reviewed promptly and that I be provided with written confirmation and information regarding this matter.
