I Face Unauthorized Charges on Location Membership Despite Only Using Free Trial

I am very frustrated with Location because I never started a paid membership and only used their free trial, yet charges were made to my credit card without my consent. On 11.08.2025 and again on 15.08.2025, a total of ₺949 was withdrawn from my account for a subscription I never authorized. I do not have an active membership, and these charges were taken completely against my approval.

To make matters worse, I have not been able to reach customer service at all. There is no available phone number, email, or support channel to resolve this issue. This lack of communication has left me completely helpless and financially harmed.

I demand that my unauthorized membership be immediately canceled and that the full amount of ₺949 be refunded back to my card without delay. I expect an urgent response and a proper resolution from Location to correct this unfair situation.
