I Need a Refund for an Unauthorized Loca-Tool.co Transaction

On 5 June 2026 an amount of 585 was withdrawn from my account by Loca-Tool.co without my knowledge or consent. The transaction appears on my FNB South Africa bank statement with the description “Loca-tool.co” followed by a reference number, and seems to relate to some kind of location application, but I have never subscribed to or knowingly used any service from this company. This is an unauthorised transaction, and I strongly object to my bank card being charged in this way. I do not have any direct contact or website details for Loca-Tool.co, and when I tried to follow up, I learned that they are out of office until Monday, so I have been unable to resolve this directly with them yet. I request that the 585 taken from my account be fully refunded as soon as possible and that any existing or future subscription or recurring payment linked to my card be cancelled. I also request that my personal and payment details be deleted from your systems, as I did not grant permission for this charge or any ongoing use of my information.
