FamRadar Charged My Card Without Clear Authorization

On 22 May 2026 at 12:04, an amount of N$854,69 was deducted from my FNB Namibia credit card for a payment to “FamRadar”. This deduction was unexpected, as I could not complete the tracking or purchase process earlier due to insufficient funds in my account at that time. I did enter my card details on FamRadar previously, but since there were not sufficient funds, I did not expect any successful charge or active subscription to be created. Despite this, the payment still went through, and I have not been clearly informed of any active service or subscription in return for this charge. I also do not know how or where to contact FamRadar directly about this issue. I request that FamRadar process a full refund of the N$854,69 charged on 22 May 2026 at 12:04 to my FNB credit card, cancel any subscription or recurring payment that may have been started with my card details, and provide me with written confirmation of both the refund and the cancellation. I also ask that FamRadar contact my bank, FNB Namibia, if necessary to ensure that this unauthorized or unexpected deduction is reversed and that no further charges are made to my card.
