I am writing regarding an unauthorized charge of 5,995 yen that appeared today on my Mizuho JCB debit card, with LocationTool shown as the related service. I did not knowingly approve any paid subscription or similar payment to LocationTool that would justify this deduction. I started using LocationTool around January 2026 and, until now, I had never experienced any unauthorized charge related to this service. When I saw this deduction, I immediately blocked my card via my bank to prevent any further unwanted transactions. I request that the full amount of 5,995 yen be refunded and that any current or future transactions or subscriptions related to LocationTool under my details be completely cancelled. I also expect clarification on how this charge was created without my clear authorization, so that similar issues do not occur again.
