I Face Unauthorized Charge from Geofind App and Cannot Cancel Membership

I may have used the Geofind app once in the past when my son’s phone was lost, but I do not remember ever signing up for a membership. Today, I noticed that ₺449 was charged to my account by Geofind without my authorization. When I checked to cancel the membership, I found that no active subscription appears under my details, which makes it impossible for me to stop future charges.
I never agreed to any recurring payment plan, nor was I properly informed about hidden subscription terms. This unauthorized deduction feels misleading and unfair. I have already tried to cancel but the system shows no active membership, leaving me stuck with a charge I never approved.
I demand an immediate refund of the ₺449 taken without my consent and a complete cancellation of any hidden or unauthorized membership. If this is not resolved quickly, I will escalate the matter through my bank and file a complaint with consumer protection authorities.
