If LocateMyMobile charged you but didn’t work,

Understand why it may not work;

• The service only works if:
– The person clicks the tracking link
– They allow location access

• No click or permission = no result

This is a common reason for “not working”.

Cancel the subscription immediately;

• Go to:
– Account → “My Profile” → Cancel subscription

• Important:
– Subscriptions auto-renew after trial unless canceled

Make sure it shows “Canceled”.

Check refund eligibility;

• Most similar services:
– Allow refunds within ~14 days
– Only if service wasn’t effectively used

• If it didn’t work → you have a valid argument

Request a refund;

• Contact support and write:
– “The service did not work as expected. I request a refund.”

• Include:
– Payment receipt
– Screenshot showing no results
– Cancellation proof

• Use their contact form if needed

Prevent further charges;
