LocateMyMobile won’t cancel my subscription, how can I stop charges?

If LocateMyMobile won’t cancel your subscription,

Try the official cancellation method first;

• Log in → “My Profile”
• Click cancel subscription

• Important:
– Cancellation must be done from your account
– Trials auto-convert to paid plans if not canceled

If it doesn’t work, escalate immediately;

• Use their cancel page:
– Enter your email and request cancellation

• Contact support and write:
– “I cannot cancel my subscription. Cancel it immediately and stop billing.”

Force-stop charges via your bank;

• Canceling alone may NOT stop billing

• Do this:

– Block recurring payments
– Block the merchant
– Request a chargeback if already charged

This is the fastest way to stop money leaving your account.

Check payment source;

• If you subscribed via:
– App Store → cancel in Apple settings
– Google Play → cancel in subscriptions

• Deleting the app does NOT cancel billing

Document everything;

• Save:
– Screenshots
– Emails
– Failed cancellation attempts

No proof = harder refund
