I am absolutely furious with LivU! This app is a complete rip-off, plagued with technical problems and exorbitant prices.
Here are my major grievances:
Packages are outrageously expensive. They demand excessive amounts of ₺ for very little in return.
While calls at 120 coins per minute work fine, when I try to make a call at 80 coins per minute, the call abruptly disconnects mid-conversation! It's like they're intentionally sabotaging cheaper options.
Their messaging system is broken. Messages you send to users stop delivering after a while, and photos fail to send or receive. It's a clear tactic to pressure you into buying more expensive packages, as communication becomes impossible otherwise.
Male users are not allowed to be broadcasters. This is discriminatory and unfair.
You can't find anyone to actually help with even a minor issue like a username problem. Even if you contact their technical team, they offer no solutions.
LivU, you need to fix your app immediately! Stop charging insane prices for a broken service, address the call disconnections, fix your messaging system, allow male broadcasters, and provide actual technical support. Your app is a scam, and I demand a functional service now!
