I purchased 50,000 coins on Livu under a promotion that promised a 20% bonus, meaning I should have received an additional 10,000 coins. However, Livu only gave me 6,000 bonus coins instead of 10,000, shorting me by 4,000 coins.

I reached out to customer support, but they refused to fix the issue or credit the missing coins. This is false advertising, and I will be taking legal action if my missing coins are not provided.

Livu, honor your promotional offers! I demand the full 10,000 bonus coins that were promised, along with a review of all my past purchases to ensure I have received the correct rewards. Fix this now!
