I deposited money into my LivU account expecting to receive coins immediately, as has always been the case in the past. But this time, the coins never showed up. I’ve never experienced an issue like this before, which makes this situation even more frustrating. I trusted the platform and completed the payment, yet I’ve received nothing in return.
I’m asking LivU to resolve this as soon as possible and credit the coins I rightfully paid for. I expect reliability when I use your service—this kind of error is unacceptable, especially when money is involved. Also, the “250-character message requirement” feels unnecessary and confusing. Please review your systems and fix both the missing coins and the user experience immediately.
