My Little Caesars Order Was Delayed 50 Minutes and Guarantee Ignored

On August 30 at 19:19, I placed an online order from Little Caesars (Order No: 201141006030). My order was not delivered for 45 minutes, so I called customer service. They told me the delay was due to high demand and that it would be delivered within 10 minutes. When I called again 15 minutes later, they repeated the same response. In the end, my order was delivered with a total delay of 50 minutes. When I reminded them of Little Caesars’ 30-minute delivery guarantee, they told me such a guarantee does not exist and insisted I must pay. I refused to accept the order. I contacted customer service again, and while a complaint record was created, no solution was provided. If a 30-minute delivery guarantee is being advertised, I expect it to be honored, and in case of delays, no payment should be charged. I request that my grievance be resolved.
