Little Caesars Order Delays Complaint - A Long-Standing Issue

Every time, since 2022, I have placed an order through the Little Caesars app from this store using order number 200825517280, it has not arrived in my hands in under an hour. I have been bringing this up since 2022, and each time I get the same response—"Your complaint has been noted"—the number of complaints has increased to six or seven. In light of their lack of control, I don't think the management and employees of this brand deserve the money they make. Despite many complaints, nothing being done regarding the order being marked as delivered yet not being delivered for hours. This brand doesn't merit this, and its worth is being reduced by the inaction to solve this problem. I regretfully ordered my last order. I won't be placing another order from this firm and I won't suggest it to anyone.
